What's involved?
Each employee will complete a confidential lifestyle questionnaire to be discussed during their meeting.
After just 1-hour each employee will walk away with clarity and actionable tasks to motivate and improve their well-being. They will be provided with tailored-to-them nutrition tips, an exercise plan, a budget worksheet, and a clear understanding of your group benefit and group retirement offerings.
